The staff were hospitable and helpful, offering assistance without being asked. The room with a sea and pool view was spacious and cozy. The hotel's welcoming vibes made our stay comfortable. The food was varied and excellent, with different cuisines each day – Italian, seafood, oriental, and Asian – ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. The guest relations team regularly sought feedback to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel also offered a nice bridge for walking, swimming, and diving on the beach, making it an ideal choice for families with kids.
Felt very well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

had a wonderful stay at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh. the spacious rooms were well equipped with a bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub. the food variety, quality, and freshness were definitely a plus, and the service from the staff in the various restaurants and bars was always friendly and professional. it's an excellent place for couples and families with children, with entertainment facilities such as water slides and a games room.
